Puma Clydes

The Puma Clydes first started on Walt "Clyde" Frazier's feet. He was the best dressed man in NBA during the 70s. As a member of the New York Knicks, he won 2 championships teaming up with Earl Monroe. And even though he's one hell of a player, he'll always be remembered for his flair and style. His nickname, Clyde, came from the Bonnie and Clyde movie. It reflected his stylishness. Puma created these as basketball sneakers but they transcended the hardwood and became a fashion icon, matched only by the iconic adidas Superstar, the Nike Dunks and Air Force 1s and the Converse Chuck Taylor. They come in all colors and materials, from leather to horsehair, from rainbow to cool classic. I love them, especially those Bonnie and Clyde editions that features the $ sign inside the shoe, the gangster hat on the tongue and the tommy gun at the back of the shoes. Sadly, they're very limited. So much for getting my hands on them. I'm planning to get one next month but I still couldn't decide on the color.
